I woke early in the morning because I wanted to go to gym to join bicycle or rpm class. What makes me irritated was that the public transportation didn’t pass lippo karawaci. My time was wasted as I assumed it. However, I didn’t let anything to ruin my bright day. When I arrived at the gym, I heared Beyonce’s song entitled LISTEN and sang along with it. What a relief! Physical body is not only the one to be exercised or trained but the emotional aspect too.
At this juncture, I am having my lost weight type of exercises. I need to buy charger for my blackberry or else I can’t write blogs in wordpress.

The job of an actor is to help transport his fans into a world of fantasy. For most actors, the ability to act out the dreams of others and to be completely convincing in that role is a daunting challenge. The world of film-making is complex and demanding for all its practitioners but perhaps most of all for the actor as the most central and highly visible person involved.
Chow Yun fat said “In the last 30 years, there has been a very intimate relationship between the camera lens and me. In the past, I have always been in front of the camera. Now, I would like to take a step behind it and look at the world through the lenses in a different perspective. Don’t underestimate the power of black and white; for me it gives unlimited inspiration and imagination.
ChowYun Fat captures the reclusive properties of transitory moments and evanescent effects and conveys to his audience the same profound emotional response to the sublime sensations of beauty and wonder that his subjects impart in him.

Theory of Association ( Stimulus – Response ) states that for every stimulus there is a corresponding response.
Connectionism, as we know, is formulated by Edward Lee Thorndike in 1900. It assumes that human activities are based on the association or connection between stimulus and response. It includes the 3 fundamental laws of learning:
a. Law of readiness – when an individual is prepared to respond or act, allowing him to do is satisfying, whereas preventing him would be annoying.
b. Law of Exercise – constant repetition of a response strengthens its connection with the stimulus, while disuse of a response weakens it.
c. Law of Effect – Learning is strengthened if it results in satisfaction, but it is weakened if it leads to vexation or annoyance.
Theory of Conditioning is a process by which a stimulus originally inadequate to produce a certain response in presenting simultaneously with an adequate stimulus.
There are 2 types of Conditioning theory : Classical conditioning and Operant Conditioning.
1. Sensory-motor is the understanding of the external world through sense perception and development of movements as a reaction to stimuli.
2. Cognitive – is the rational or mental or intellectual development. It is subdivided into:
a. Association Learning – acquisition and retention of facts and information establishing relationships among ideas and experiences
b. Problem solving – overcoming difficulties that appear to interfere with the attainment of a goal.
3. Affective (Appreciative) involves experiences that will lift the individual above the tangible values associated with everyday life. It includes the acquisition of attitudes, ideas, judgment, and values. It divides into:
a. Aesthetic appreciative experiences – obtained in the field of music, art and literature.
b. Intellectual appreciative experiences – obtained in the other fields designed for this purpose.
- Buy your foreign currency before you travel overseas.
- Shop around. Banks usually give favourable foreign exchange rates so start with them.
- In some instances the financial institution you bank with may waive the exchange fees for converting currency (exchange fees are either a fixed amount or a small percentage of your amount) so check with them before you convert currency.
- Try and avoid converting currency at airports – airport exchanges usually give less favourable conversion rates.
- You can never be too careful – it’s important to take a mixture of cash, credit and traveller’s cheques.
- If you arrive home with spare cash, wait for a good sell rate before you convert your currency back.
